Plot:

Architect Brandon Hart decided against the rat race, working as handyman in country small town Willow Hill. Since the tree farm owner crone died, he act as caretaker for half a year, but now her granddaughter Ember Morley, an aspiring storybook illustrator, interrupts her busy Manhattan work to sell her inheritance via boss's real estate agent kin Jason Davies in Christmastride.
