In Hillsdale, car mechanic and graphic artist Kevin Reese, with a mild substance abuse problem, is one of 2 on 30 Oregon convicts actually about to get the lethal injection. The community refuses to cooperate, detective in charge and governor-appointed liaison Tom Redler even 'lost the file'.
