This is the 2022 & 2023 Korean revenge/thriller drama series. Its native title is "더 글로리" which is just the Hangul transliteration of the English title. It was released in two groups of 8 episodes each, but are otherwise seamless and I have included both as a single drama series. I found the best English subtitles elsewhere, then... - Used a nonlinear video editor to make minor edits - see notes below. - Used Subtitle Edit (by Nikolaj Lynge Olsson) to find and fix all flagged issues - Added 0.7 second to each subtitle (where possible) to allow more time to read them and adjusted words/minute to at least 280 - "Softened" all subtitled profanity (bastard --> jerk, damn --> darn, bitch --> wench etc.) - Corrected commonly-found typos, converted many word pairs into common English contractions, and brought together sentence fragments - Naturalized the English phrasing to retain fluid grammar by reducing sentence-initial conjunctions - Colored all media, signs, and flashback subtitles to salmon, yellow, and teal respectively - Used Handbrake to create new MKV files using my subtitles, trimming the horrible Netflix splash screen from the starts and ends "Profanity is the parlance of the fool.
