What culinary triumphs will they whisk up?   E01 It’s the first of the heats, and this week, the five celebrities up for the culinary challenge are legendary entertainer Joe Pasquale, TV and radio broadcaster Jason Mohammad, Olympic weightlifter Emily Campbell, reality star Shakira Khan, and singer, actor and author Jay McGuiness. The first challenge for the five hopefuls is the signature dish round. The contestants have only 90 minutes to prepare a meal that tells Grace and Giorgio exactly who they are as a cook. Which chef will stand out, and who will prove they have got more to learn? Next, it is time for their taste buds to be tested as the celebrities take on a palate test like no other. Each of them must identify condiments by taste. Ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, mustard - will our five know their dijon from their wholegrain? Get the answer wrong, and they will be eliminated from the challenge, losing their chance to win a significant advantage in the next round. Everyone will be hoping to out-taste their opponents, but whether they are up to the task remains to be seen. Finally, it’s a test of their culinary abilities in a brand new challenge for this year's competition - the MasterChef cook-along. Giorgio will don his chef whites and cook one of his own signature dishes: gnocchi with a goat’s cheese sauce. All the celebrities have to do is follow along and keep up with him. The winner of the challenge will be the celebrity whose dish looks and tastes the closest to Giorgio's. The celebrities work furiously, all keen to prove themselves to the judges and win a MasterChef pin, which will afford the winner a ten-minute advantage in the next round. All five will live to fight another day, but performance in every challenge counts, as there is only space for the best four in this week’s quarter-final. E02 The week’s heats continue in full swing, with the five celebrities facing two more culinary challenges as they battle for a place in this week's quarter-final. First up is the return of the mystery box challenge in which the celebrities find an ingredient, and they have just one hour to invent and cook a dish with it. They must use all their imagination, knowledge and skill to create something special. Then, for the first time in their heat, they have to cook to stay in the competition, and won’t just be trying to impress Grace and Giorgio. This crucial round is called Who’s Coming to Dinner?, with a special guest setting a culinary brief for the contestants. This week sees Paddy McGuinness enter the MasterChef kitchen, and he’s looking for the ultimate pie. But what will win him over? Classic and traditional, or something with a twist? Everything will need to be on point, as at the end of this task, one celebrity will be the first to head home. The four remaining will be counting their lucky stars as they head into this year’s first quarter-final and become one step closer to their dream of being crowned Celebrity MasterChef Champion 2026.   E03 It’s quarter-final time as this week's remaining four celebrities return to battle once more. They all want a place in the semi-finals, but only the best three will get there. Grace and Giorgio want to see progress, passion and even more plates of delicious food! The first hurdle in their way is a new challenge titled Service Is Up. For the first time in the competition, the celebrities must work in teams to provide a three-course extravaganza in just 90 minutes. Grace and Giorgio take their spot at the table as the teams graft their hardest to provide restaurant-quality delights. On the menu is a mackerel scotch egg, roast chicken with fondant potatoes, leeks and a chicken jus, with a classic sticky toffee pudding to round things off. Will the celebrity teams be able to work together in perfect harmony, or will the pressure get to them and cause a clash? Then just one final challenge stands between them and a semi-final place, with their fate lying in the hands of one of the most well-known online food creators in the UK. Chef, author, and content creator Seema Pankhania is here to set the challenge. With her recipe content regularly going viral, each celebrity is tasked with recreating one of the chef's technically challenging favourites. These recipes have been developed by Seema and are inspired by her travels. They are all designed to pack a punch. Who can step up and recreate Seema’s recipe to perfection? This is no time for mistakes because, for three celebrities, a semi-final place awaits.
