This is our BluRay x265 encode of Killer Elite (2011), an action thriller starring Jason Statham, Clive Owen, and Robert De Niro. The film follows retired mercenary Danny Bryce, who is forced back into the field when his longtime mentor is taken hostage. Audio: English DD+ 5.1 surround. Subtitles: Multiple subtitles included. Trivia: Killer Elite was directed by Gary McKendry and is based on The Feather Men, the 1991 novel by British explorer and former SAS serviceman Sir Ranulph Fiennes. The book was promoted by its author as being rooted in real events, although the authenticity of those claims was strongly disputed by the SAS and families connected to the incidents referenced in the story.
